Lily Order Form

This Easter we will once again adorn our Sanctuary with beautiful Easter Lilies. You are invited to purchase a lily for $15 in memory of, in honor of, or in appreciation of a family member, a friend, a loved one, or a group of people. You may order flowers by filling out the form below and then following the link afterwards to make payment.

You may also order lilies by calling the church office at 502-451-3735. The deadline for ordering is Monday, April 14.
